With shortages of ground beef looming, here's an idea for how to make ground beef in a pinch, and clean out your freezer in the process.
Couple of things I left out - one, sharpening your knife - pretty critical, especially here. Two - cleaning the meat - especially that flap has a good bit of silverskin on the surface, definitely want to cut that off.
