Shipley Farms' Easter Beef Roast for your Easter table!

Popularized out West in the 19th century as Santa Maria-style barbecue, this is an excellent cut to draw out the dry-aged flavor in our Signature Beef.  Taken from the sirloin, the tri-tip is one you prepare like the prime rib - grill or roast it whole, and slice it into incredibly tender, juicy, and flavorful steaks.  Marinate, or use a little salt, pepper, saturated fat, or olive oil.  Feed your family with one of these tri-tip steak roasts.  Grill or roast to medium rare, and slice against the grain after a 10-minute rest.
