Shipley Farms Burger Patties made from sustainably raised beef, produced to the same exact standard as our Signature Beef, but without the earthy flavor that comes from dry aging. The beef is ground from our Appalachian-grown, pasture-raised cattle, and we use a blend of chuck, shank, rib, and round cuts.
