Watauga Butchery in Western North Carolina is looking for a Head Butcher that's organized, detail oriented, and passionate about working with some of the finest whole carcass butchery Appalachia has to offer as we expand production capacity. Owned by farmers and serving farmers with a focus on quality. The Head Butcher will lead our team to partner with both farmers and restaurants, while also being able to showcase their skills in special farm and social events.

This unique opportunity may suit someone with a traditional background in custom slaughter and production butchery, a knowledgeable chef or culinarian with some familiarity with butchery.
