The Head Butcher will lead our team to partner with both farmers and restaurants, while also being able to showcase their skills in special farm and social events.

This unique opportunity may suit someone with a traditional background in custom slaughter and production butchery, a knowledgeable chef or culinarian with some familiarity with butchery.
