Start with one of our beef boxes: The Everyday Box for weeknight cooking, The Steakhouse Box if you are here for the steaks, or The Sunday Roast Box for a slow oven and a full house. Each one holds about 14.5 lb of beef, cut and packed to order, and every cut inside links to a recipe so nothing arrives that you are not sure how to cook. To set a box up on a repeating schedule right now, call us on 828-484-1872 and we will put a standing order in place. Self-serve recurring checkout is live today on our filet mignon (Signature, Proper Meats, Vaca Vieja) and we are opening it to the boxes next.

- Free shipping on most orders over $150, or free farm pickup at checkout.
- Sold by the pound, charged for the exact packed weight. Cuts sold by weight are charged at what actually goes in your box, each time.
- A free account is all you need. Sign in or create one at checkout so we can save your order.
- Your card is stored securely with Stripe for recurring orders. We never see the full number.
