Our Shipley Farms Steak burger Patties are a special blend featuring the premium "middle meats" - ground from the ribeye, tenderloin, and sirloin, for an especially tender and flavorful burger. 

Distinct from our Dry-Aged Signature Beef grind, these burgers are No flavoring added, just a burger made of pure beef, right off the farm.

All of our Proper Beef is raised on pasture in Western North Carolina and Appalachian Mountains, farmed with "no shortcuts" - no steroids, antibiotics, or growth stimulants.

Comes vacuum-sealed and frozen for optimal flavor and quality.
