Last month, Shipley Farms had the pleasure of hosting a farm tour for our Shipley Beef partners, the awesome employees of Highland Avenue Restaurant in Hickory.

We love showing visitors around the farm and demonstrating how we raise and prepare our products! We spent the day tasting delicious beef and sharing information, from showing them our sustainable methods to hearing about how the restaurant uses our products.
