Seven boxes of pasture-raised beef and pork, cut and packed to order on the farm in Vilas, North Carolina, just outside Boone. Six come in Signature Dry Aged as well as Classic.

The only box here with no beef in it, and the one people buy for the morning rather than the meal. Ground sausage for patties or gravy, links and patties ready for the pan, and a pack of our smoked bacon. Enough to feed a full house for the whole of Christmas week.

Stockman's Chuckeye Choice
The cut most people have never tried, and order again.
Chuck eye is the cut butchers take home. It sits against the ribeye on the carcass and eats much the same way, for a good deal less. Two of them here, with mild pork links and breakfast patties to round the box out.

Where we can ship a frozen box
Once a box is with UPS it travels on a two-day service, whichever one reaches you. Ground covers 28 states and the District of Columbia; the rest go 2nd Day Air. This is transit time, and it starts on the day we ship, not the day you order.

UPS 2nd Day Air, two days (20 states): Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Washington, Wisconsin, Wyoming.
Alaska and Hawaii: some addresses only. We ship where UPS commits to two days, such as Honolulu. We decline where it quotes three, such as Hilo. Checkout tells you before you pay.
Where we cannot ship a frozen box
Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam. UPS carries no perishable parcel to these on any service, at any price. Gift cards reach them anywhere.
When it arrives
We pack to a weekly rhythm and hand most boxes to UPS on Tuesday and Wednesday. From there it travels on a two-day UPS service, frozen, in an insulated carton.
Two-day shipping is the carrier service, not the time from your order to your door. An order placed on Thursday goes out the following Tuesday and lands that Thursday. Tell us the week you want it and we will work back from there.

We ship early in the week, and that is the packaging rather than the carrier: a box handed over on a Thursday or Friday sits out the weekend, and ours is built to hold for two days, not four. Shipping is worked out at checkout from the delivery address, so a box going across the state and a box going across the country do not cost the same to send.

Leaving it very late for Christmas itself? A gift card arrives by email on the day you choose, in any amount, and they pick their own cuts. You can send a whole list of them in one order.
