Cattleman’s Beef Bounty – Family Share, Signature Dry-Aged

This is the Family Share size: the same box, twice the quantity. Built for a household that cooks, or for a gift that has to feed more than two.

Ribeyes, strips, a fajita steak for slicing and beef Italian sausage links, all doubled. Built for the person who would rather have steak than anything else you could send them.

In Signature Dry-Aged, the beef in this box hangs 21 to 36 days before it is cut, which concentrates the flavour and tenderises the muscle. The pork is never aged.

About 8.50 lb in total. Packed frozen in our insulated farm box and cut to order in Vilas, North Carolina, just outside Boone.
