This is the Family Share size: the same box, twice the quantity. Built for a household that cooks, or for a gift that has to feed more than two.

The strip is the cut most people picture when they picture a steak: firm, beefy, and forgiving in a hot pan. Doubled here, with mild pork links and breakfast patties, so the box covers several dinners and the mornings after.

In Signature Dry-Aged, the beef in this box hangs 21 to 36 days before it is cut, which concentrates the flavour and tenderises the muscle. The pork is never aged.

6.5 lbs in total. Packed frozen in our insulated farm box and cut to order in Vilas, North Carolina, just outside Boone.
