Our pork comes from a trusted partner farm rather than our own pastures. Cattle do well on our steep Appalachian slopes; hogs do better on flatter ground, so we work with a nearby farm suited to raising them well. That farm is held to the same standards we hold ourselves to, including pasture access and animals raised with care.
