This is the Family Share size: the same box, twice the quantity. Built for a household that cooks, or for a gift that has to feed more than two.

Chuck eye is the cut butchers take home. It sits against the ribeye on the carcass and eats much the same way, for a good deal less. The Family Share box doubles the steaks and the pork alongside them.

In Signature Dry-Aged, the beef in this box hangs 21 to 36 days before it is cut, which concentrates the flavour and tenderises the muscle. The pork is never aged.

6 lbs in total. Packed frozen in our insulated farm box and cut to order in Vilas, North Carolina, just outside Boone.
