The Farmstead Spread, Signature Dry Aged

Beef and pork, enough for a weekend of cooking.

Signature Dry Aged. The beef in this box hangs 21 to 36 days before it is cut, which concentrates the flavour and tenderises the muscle. The pork is not aged.

About 4.50 lb in total. Packed frozen in our insulated farm box and cut to order in Vilas, North Carolina, just outside Boone.
