This is the Family Share size: the same box, twice the quantity. Built for a household that cooks, or for a gift that has to feed more than two.

The widest spread in the range: beef and pork in one box, from ribeyes and boneless pork chops to ground GoldenWurst and pork chorizo links. Doubled, it is a fortnight of cooking rather than a night.

In Signature Dry-Aged, the beef in this box hangs 21 to 36 days before it is cut, which concentrates the flavour and tenderises the muscle. The pork is never aged.

What is inside

• 4 Ribeye Steaks (12 oz)
• 4 Boneless Pork Chops (8 oz)
• 2 packs of Ground Goldenwurst Sausage (16 oz)
• 2 4-pack Pork Chorizo Links (16 oz)

9 lbs in total. Packed frozen in our insulated farm box and cut to order in Vilas, North Carolina, just outside Boone.
