1/8 Beef Share, Dry-Aged is 40 to 42 lbs of R.G. Shipley Signature Beef, packaged, labelled, vacuum sealed and frozen, ready to go straight into your freezer. It is Appalachian mountain-raised and pasture-raised in the mountains of North Carolina, with no steroids, no antibiotics and no added growth stimulants.

This is the 21-day dry-aged share. It is the same cut list as the 1/8 Beef Share at $750, aged 21-day dry-aged before it is cut and packaged.

This is the largest share we ship. It travels frozen, and shipping is rated to your address at checkout. You can also collect it at Watauga Butchery, Vilas, NC if you would rather not ship it.
