Quarter Beef Share is about 85 lbs of R.G. Shipley Signature Beef, packaged, labelled, vacuum sealed and frozen, ready to go straight into your freezer. It is Appalachian mountain-raised and pasture-raised in the mountains of North Carolina, with no steroids, no antibiotics and no added growth stimulants.

Pickup only at Watauga Butchery, Vilas, NC. We call you to arrange a date and time once your beef is ready. We have no space to hold beef after that, so the appointment matters.
