It is Appalachian mountain-raised and pasture-raised in the mountains of North Carolina, with no steroids, no antibiotics and no added growth stimulants.

This is the largest share we ship. It travels frozen, and shipping is rated to your address at checkout. You can also collect it at Watauga Butchery, Vilas, NC if you would rather not ship it.
